Had a little trouble with just two wires and where they should go on the remote unit. Honeywell Customer Service knew exactly what the problem was and told me how to fix it in short order. No transfers or "what?" just "here's what you do". Unit works perfectly (so far - knock on wood). Great to be able to change the temp and settings from the iphone without getting up or when on the way home.

I needed a wireless thermostat solution to replace a failed unit that never really worked properly (e.g., it had a bad habit of just not working when it felt like it). This solution has exceeded my expectations and the ability to control the temperature via the internet is a good gimic, but I'd rather not share that information outside of my home network.

Excellent product. Easy to install and setup. I love being able to access my thermostat and change its settings via the internet and smartphone app. I would recommend buying model number YTH6320R1122 which includes the Wireless Outdoor Sensor. (I purchased the Outdoor Sensor separately which cost a bit more)

Woring on a ship away from home for months I wonder if the heat is even on in the winter or how hot my house is in the summer! Not No More!!!
It took me abot 30 mins to install this and it works great! I can switch it from A/C to Heat when winter rolls around from my work computer or smart phone! Before I took off for the ship we lost the electric for a few mins! Everything reset!! Then I lost my broadband the same day for 8 hours!! I got a email the internet was not working and then one it was back up and running! So it had passed all the test I could think of being an engineer! I look forward to setting the temp right before I get home so my house is nice and warm!!!
