I install 4 in my rental units with 4 zone. Easy to program and love the locking feature as I pay utility costs in rantal. I had a hard time installing - have a two wire system and the instruction were not very clear exacty where to put wires. Went online and found better instructions. Hit R +red and W=white. Why did bokklet way that. Otherwise love it.

I used this thermostat to replace some old analog ones (used for heat only). At first, I was tentative about the installation, but found it very easy to install, if I can do it anyone can.

This product is slightly easier to install and also much easier to read, adjust/control temperature than my previous Rite Temp thermostat.

i hooked it up for my gravity furnace in my own unit, and it works pretty well. hooking it up was pretty easy, i stuck with battery power so just two wires for my system and that was it. programming was pretty easy too. it did what is says it does... i am unsure if my tenants would figure out how to change the heat limits or not, hopefully not. at least they are they if i ever want to try to use them...
