What's not so great is that locking and unlocking may take multiple tries of much longer than the 3 seconds noted in the user instructions. Would be a much better product if the unit would automatically lock after 10 seconds of no keyed input during any setup mode. That would make bearable inconsistently longtime it now takes to lock or unlock the thermostat.
Currently using 4 of these thermostats to individually control 4 separate areas in a church

Heat Pump Systems
Pros:
-Can be used on 6 wire heat pump systems where "orange " wire is connected to changeover valve energized in cooling.
-Temperature adjustments allow user to extend the on time for heat pumps to maximize efficiency.
Cons:
-Backlighting is very directional so do not install above eye level.
- Tedious 7 day programming as you cannot copy similar settings or changes from one day to the next.
