LuxPro PSD010B Heat Only Thermostat
Battery-powered, 2-wire, non-programmable thermostat for heat-only applications.
The single-stage PSD010B thermostat can be used with most 2-wire 24-volt heating systems which do not have a blower fan. The PSD010B thermostat can also be used with Millivolt systems.
INCLUDES ADJUSTABLE TEMPERATURE STOP
GREAT FOR LANDLORDS AND PROPERTY MANAGERS
This model has an Adjustable Temperature Stop. This is a set temperature limit, and is user adjustable in one-degree increments. The temperature stop prevents the set temperature from being adjusted to a value that is higher than the temperature stop setting.

Good feature is the ablity to limit max temp.
Battery power is an issue because I have to check battery status at the beginning of the heating season.

No issues with this thermostat, would buy again but for a home setting not my shop.
I bought it for my shop to limit the temp it could be set at but found it to be very sensitive and may actually be making my heater cycle more often. Time will tell if this was a money saving decision or if the cycling will cost me.
I think it is designed for the home where a degree or two would feel uncomfortable, but how I'm using it, maybe out side of the design scope.

with 12 apartments this is one of the better products I have found to control tenants from misusing heat, have already seen a savings in fuel consumption, very easy to install and set up

I have four unit apartment building.
I needed a new thermostat so I bought three.
Two to install and one as a spare. I plan to buy two more.
I like the idea of beeing able to set the high limit, but found it hard to convince an older tenant to be happy with 72 degrees. She insisted on 78 degree high limit.
This is still a good product. With a new tenant a lower limit will be easier to implement.
