Easy to follow installation instructions. Installed in 4000 sq. ft. three floor home; no issues with wireless signal. In fact, base unit resets wireless signal when I turn off power to furnace for service. Customer is VERY happy!

the wireless unit that mounts in place of your orignal thermostat is huge. none of the mounting holes line up with where the original would have lined up. I can't understand why it has to be 4 times the size of a regular thermostat.
it works well, was easy to wire up, and using the wireless thermostat supplied, you can control it from anywhere in the house.
you definaltly need the 24 volt power C from the furnace or it doesn't work at all.
there are smaller units out there, but the price I got on it was too good to pass up.

My plan was to install this to control my rooftop gas pack replacing a bad through-the-roof cable.
I am impressed with the quality of the product and am sure that instalation would be a cinch.
However, the control unit which would be installed inside the gas pack in my case, has status indicators and a reset button. Access to the gas pack, going up on the roof and removing several screws, makes the unit impractical for my home.
The company accepted the return and refunded the purchase price promptly and cheerfully. I like the product and the company.
