Jackson Systems Temp-LimiterT Model TL-70H.
A great product for landlords and property managers! The Temp-LimiterT is wired between an existing room thermostat and the furnace, and prevents space temperatures from exceeding 70 degrees!
Now is the time to take action against increased energy costs caused by tenants setting heating temperatures higher than necessary.
Temp-LimiterT is the low cost, easy to install, temperature limiter that prevents the heating temperature from exceeding a fixed limit, even if the tenant sets the thermostat higher. Model TL-70H limits heating at 70° (+/- 2°). Includes 1 year limited warranty.
Warning; Temp limiter should not be used with Zone Valves (like Taco) that require over 1 amp or power stealing thermostats (such as Honeywell T8775A).
Dimensions: 4.5" H x 2.75" W x 1" D. 
The Temp-LimiterT interrupts the connection between the furnace and the "W" terminal on the room thermostat

recieved my temp control limiter a few weeks ago, installed it imiately. have seen a differance already, and best of all i did not get any compaints fron the tenants. I would definately recomend this product to any landlord, very happy with it.

This unit is easy and fast to install. Place next to exixting t-stat or anywhere you want for a re-hab. Tenant uses regular t-stat but the call for heat is cut by the Temp Limiter. I use the 70 degree model. A tenant can set his t-stat at 80 degrees and only gets 70. Perfect for an owner who supplies the heat.
