We no longer use setbacks, for health reasons, so we have all days the same.
The "conflict" between high heat and low cool temps has yet to be resolved!
Keeps the set temp perfectly.
(My wife has quite a hard time figuring it out. We are in our 80's!) We had a "professional" install it.

This thermostat has been great for a multi-stage heat pump. The locking feature and ability to copy programs easily are great features. You can make the password what ever 3 digits you want and easily change it. I bought three about 9 months ago and came back for 6 more. Just wish you could control when the locking feature is in use during the day. Would love to give tenants control during normal business hours and then lock them out afterward. Couldn't find a better lockable stat though.

This product has helped with maintaining a constant temperature during office hours. Use of its lockable feature has avoided individuals from changing the tempurature and creating wild swings throughout the building. The schedule feature keeps the units from running unnecessarily at nights and on weekends. We should see significant energy savings.

Had a luxpro single stage, then got a 95% 2 stage furnace and the HVAC guy put in a new Tstat. I hated it. No swing sadjustment, no temp calibration, no dedicated light button, and no response from tech support. It caused large swings in house temp that we were not used to. I hunted all over town, big box stores, 3 HVAC suppliers...no one had those three requirements...So online I went. I liked my previous single stage Lux (Consumer Reports recommendation), so I googled lux first and found this model that had all I wanted and more. I found that I can set a program for Monday, then COPY the day to any/all days I want, so tweaks in programming are easy. My HVAC guy said he will now will start installing these.

I use the product in a rental unit. I used the full lock feature so the tenants can't change the pre-set temperatures. I like that it has a lock code to control it.

Ordered two for my home since our house is 3200 sq. feet. Installed first unit without problem. Installed second and found unit was defective. Returned for refund and ordered a new one and it works perfect. Both are awesome, I love all the features, the best might be seeing how many hours your heater/ac is running daily. Great product and price for all the features.
