NTSUPPLY.COM Shipping Policy Statement

Shipping products is an extremely important part of any online business like ours, and we are always looking for ways to make shipping more cost effective and convenient for our customers.  With fuel and transport prices going up all the time, getting shipping "right" is always a challenge.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

With a few exceptions, we charge shipping on every product on our website.  There are a few free shipping items and they will be marked as such on the website.  We do not offer free shipping for orders over a certain value.

It is possible to calculate your shipping costs for any given product simply by typing your shipping zip code into the "shipping" field while looking at any single product (see example below)



To calculate your shipping rate on multiple products, simply add them to the shopping cart as if you were making a purchase and add your shipping zip code.   In many cases, your shipping will increase only slightly when you increase the quantity of an item in your cart.  So - stock up and save!

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We stock over 97% of the items on our site and ship from our distribution center located in Indianapolis, IN.  Most, but not all orders that are placed in the morning will ship the same day.  Whether or not your order ships the day you place it depends on the volume of orders we are processing and availability.  If you must have same day shipping, please give us a call so we can double-check availability and get your order out the door (866-764-9900).  3PM is the cutoff for any same day shipping requests.

HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We currently have shipping partnerships with UPS, Fedex, DHL, and the United States Postal Service.  We will  ship your order per our discretion in order to get your package to you quickly and cost-effectively.  We are currently using some hybrid shipping services where a large carrier like DHL, FEDEX, or UPS will deliver your package to your local US Postal location, and your regular mail carrier will deliver the package to you.  So, if your tracking number says "delivered to USPS" it's still in route - your package will arrive at your door within the next couple days. 

2nd Day Air and Next Day air shipment will be sent by UPS.  Please note that weekend days do not count - so a 2nd Day Air order placed before 11:00 on Friday will actually deliver the following Tuesday.  Only business days count.  Also, some large items can be delivered only via Ground service.  Most 2nd Day or Next day air orders placed by 11:AM EST will ship on the day of the order.

If you are purchasing a large item, like a large ventilator, or dehumidifier, we will ship your item via LTL freight carrier.  There is more information on freight shipments here.

HOW LONG SHOULD MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

With very few exceptions, your order should not take more than 2-7 business days to arrive at your door. 

With 2,000 + plus products to manage - we will occasionally run out of something.  In rare circumstances, an item may indicate on the site that it is "In Stock" but we wil actually be out.  It we are forced to backorder your purchase, we will make every effort to provide regular status updates.  With email becoming a less reliable way to communicate with customers, we will post updates on our website rather than sending emails.  You can check out your order status at any time, by clicking here and entering your order number and zip code.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING DAMAGE?

If your order arrives damaged email us immediately at damage@ntsupply.com to arrange for a replacement.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we ship ONLY to the continental USA, Hawaii, and Alaska.  Freight shipments or shipments of large items to Alaska or Hawaii will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.

WE DO NOT SHIP to Canada, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands or any international locations.
